In my artistic practice, I explore the state of double reality experienced by Ukrainians today — a simultaneous presence in everyday life and the burden of hidden trauma.

I'm drawn to the rupture between the external and internal, the visible and the suppressed, the personal and the collective. My visual language is emotional and metaphorical, guided by intuition, sensations, fragments, and associations.

The theme of duality is central to my work, allowing me to express ambivalent and conflicting states. I feel a strong connection to German Expressionism, especially in its pursuit of emotional tension and raw expression.

It’s crucial for me to keep speaking about the war — to document these horrific events through personal reflection.
